Learning

Learning and Development

Learning can be a challenging process for youths and adults. We believe learning should be done in a fun, more effective way. In Seek-edu, we adopt a hands-on, problem-based learning approach that solves real business issues, and we urge universities /colleges to provide a more holistic and experimental learning to students, and we customize our programs according to the needs of clients.

What We Do
In Seek-edu, we run our education and training programs in two core areas:-

Corporate – we conduct programs for corporate and we work closely with organizations to design and implement talent solutions for personal growth and eventually contribute to nation building.

We adopt a hands-on, problem-based learning approach that solves real business issues and our programs are customizable according to the needs of corporate clients.

Community – we engage youths, university students, schools, children and NGOs with the mission of giving back to society.

We work closely with universities and encourage youths to discover self-leadership and to apply soft skills in the community programs undertaken. When youths are satisfied and confident with themselves, it will automatically increase the brand image of own University/College through the impact of our programs.

Donald Kirkpatrick, Professor Emeritus at the University of Wisconsin and past president of the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD), first published his Four-Level Training Evaluation Model in 1959, in the US Training and Development Journal.

The four levels are:

  1. Reaction
  2. Learning
  3. Behavior
  4. Results
